The Website Site are together referred to as Platform. You may be accessing our Website from a computer or mobile phone device (through an iOS or Android application) and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Website and your conduct, regardless of the means of access.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as Registered User using the computer systems or Mobile phones The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Bundleojoy Private Limited.

These Terms of Use govern all the products offered on the Platform

Account and Registration

Creating an account on the Bundleojoy Website is the first step to shopping from our Website and it is a one-time process and is free of cost.

Users are requested to keep their account information and login credentials confidential for their data privacy. Team Bundleojoy will not be liable to any person for any loss whether financial or non-financial arising as a result of users failing to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. In case, we find there is a breach of security, we may ask you to either change your password or may terminate your account with us without any liability to Bundleojoy.

Eligibility: Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons age of above 13 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent or legal guardian.


Your Account and Registration Obligations

  • You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Platform and refuse to provide You with access to the Platform.
  • You may use the Platform for reasonable and lawful purposes only and shall not indulge in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to the Platform or its content. You are provided with a limited license to access and use the Platform, solely for the purpose of availing the Services
  • The contents of Services, information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, interface, design and the collection, arrangement and assembly of the content on the Platforms or any of the other Services are the property of Bundleojoy or its affiliates or relevant third party (“Content”), and are protected under copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. The User shall not modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, reverse engineer or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.

Pay on delivery - T&C

Now you can even avail our cash on delivery option for your orders. However, some areas might not qualify for the COD option. Note: COD option can be uplifted anytime in the future. We have the full rights to revert, nullify or introduce new terms and conditions at any point to our COD feature. In case of any dispute, BOJ’s decision would be considered full and final.

Credit & Debit Card - T&C

Juno Mom accepts all major Debit & Credit Cards issued by banks registered in India.

Our encryption shields your financial information, ensuring a seamless and secure checkout experience. All your card details are completely confidential and we advise you not to share them with anyone.

We do not store your Credit Card/Debit Card numbers, CVV, Security Code, PINs etc. nor do we share your information with any 3rd Party. Please Note: Juno Mom Never asks for your OTP for transactions on call. Beware of fraudulent calls and shop securely.

Cancellation & Returns

  • In case a customer decides to cancel/return a purchase made through EMI, Juno Mom shall assist in processing the cancellation, return and refund as per our (Juno Mom’s) policy.
  • Cancellation or Returns of orders after EMI approval may incur additional cancellation charges from the Lender as per their Terms & Conditions.
  • Customers should always check with their respective banks or lenders how cancellation, return or pre-closure may affect their EMI terms and any charges that will be levied consequently.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the EMI facility will be referred to the respective Lender for resolution.
  • Juno Mom may act as a facilitator to resolve disputes between a customer and their respective Lender however, disputes regarding any EMI transactions, interest rates, charges levied, billing etc. shall be resolved as per the Terms and Conditions of the Lender.
  • Subsequently, we advise you to stay up to date with your Lender’s EMI Terms & Conditions.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Juno Mom is not a financial institution or a Lender, it does not provide any loan, credit or EMI Services on its own. It merely facilitates the connection between the customer and the Lender.
  • Juno Mom is not responsible for any losses, late fees, extra charges or damages incurred by the customer due to the use of the EMI facility.

Amendments

  • Juno Mom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point without prior notice.
  • Juno Mom also reserves the right to stop extending the EMI facility at any point without prior notice.
  • Not all the services mentioned in the Terms & Conditions may be available at all times.
  • Your use of EMI facilities constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Product Pricing, Offers, and Cashback - T&C

Our product prices, discount schemes, offers, and cashback deals are subject to change from time-to-time owing to various reasons. At any point we cannot be held liable for the changes reflected in product pricing, discount schemes, offers, and cashback deals.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bundleojoy will try to make access to and use of the Platform error-free. However, your access to the Platform may be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or for introduction of new facilities or services. Please note that Bundleojoy does not take responsibility for any access or use problems that arise from internet related issues at your end. Bundleojoy reserves at all times, the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Platform, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at its discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bundleojoy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all third- party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from the your access to or use of the Platform or the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Bundelojoy or any third-party. Bundleojoy will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to the foregoing, you agree to provide Bundleojoy with reasonable assistance, at their expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Bundleojoy with respect to your purchase of products through the website. The delay or failure of Bundleojoy to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Sale by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Bundleojoy’s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. Bundleojoy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Sale, any provision of these Terms of Sale that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Sale.

Force Majeure

Bundleojoy will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Bundleojoy’s reasonable control.

Waiver

No provision in these Terms will be deemed waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by Bundleojoy. Any consent by Bundleojoy to, or waiver of a breach by the User, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision will be excluded from these Terms and the remainder of these Terms will be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and will be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, these Terms will be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

The User may submit any grievance with respect to the Platform or the Services, including with respect to any abuse on the Platform, including any discrepancies or grievances with respect to processing of information, to the Grievance Officer at:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, all transactions consummated between you and Bundleojoy and the relationship between you and Bundleojoy is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles and with an exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana
