Refund policy

At Juno Mom, we understand that postpartum care is a crucial and sensitive time, and we strive to provide products and services that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return & refund policy is here to assist you.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customers can only cancel their orders before they are Shipped. The amount will be credited in original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will typically include the product price and any applicable taxes. A full refund including the shipping charges will only be applicable if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.

For products eligible for a return, the return must be placed within 7 days of the delivery. Please note that the product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging. It should be undamaged, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. 

Any Product without Original Packaging (price tags, seals, labels & accessories) intact will not be eligible for return. The refund will be processed after a thorough quality check.

Products Eligible for Returns

Abdominal Binder: We accept returns & refunds for Binders undamaged with packaging and tags intact within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Postpartum Kit, Maternity Pad, Handheld Bidet, Underwear & Skincare Products:  For hygienic reasons and due to the sensitive nature of these products, we do not accept returns on these products.

Please Note: In case of damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at support@junomom.com for a quick resolution. For damaged products, we may ask for a Photo/Video to avoid these instances in the future.

How will I receive my Refund?

Online Payments: The refund amount against the returned product will be sent to the source bank account.


Cash on Delivery: The refund amount will be credited to a bank account of your choice. All you have to do is share your bank details with us.
